Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through Mila & Rose Hampton are final sale.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, sizing issues, fit preference, color variation, delayed delivery, or ordering multiple sizes.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@milarosehampton.com and include:

Your order number Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds are not issued. Approved cases are resolved through replacement only.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer. Mila & Rose Hampton is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, or events beyond our control.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout are the responsibility of the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Mila & Rose Hampton support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes that violate this policy may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or denial of future service.
