Shipping & Returns – Mila & Rose Hampton
Shipping Information
Processing Time
Orders are carefully processed within 24 hours after purchase. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Address Changes
Address changes are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Track your package at any time via our Track Order page using your order number and email address or tracking code. Please note that it is normal for tracking to show “Info received” until the carrier scans your shipment.
Shipping Fees
We offer free premium shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
Missed Delivery
If you are not home at the time of delivery, your local carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or excessively delayed, please contact us immediately at info@milarosehampton.com. In most cases, we will replace missing items at no additional cost, provided the shipping address entered at checkout was correct.
Returns & Exchanges
Final Sale Policy
All sales are considered final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or preference-based reasons. This policy complies with applicable U.S. consumer regulations.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Email info@milarosehampton.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Refunds are not issued; approved cases are handled through replacement only.

Choosing the Right Size
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Our garments are designed to fit true to size unless stated otherwise.
Between Sizes?
We recommend choosing the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

Some orders may ship in separate packages to ensure efficient delivery.
Tracking Updates
Tracking details may only update after the carrier scans the package — this is completely normal.
Packaging
Prices and invoices are not included in packages, making all orders suitable for gifting.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, though most orders arrive within the expected timeframe.
